All merchandise purchases are final and non-refundable, except for defective items. Our merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled through drop shipping; hence, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.

Once we have verified the returned item, we will inform you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If you are entitled to either, we will use the original payment method.
