- Phone Number: Collected through our lead capture form for notification purposes.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, clicks, time spent on pages, and navigation paths.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
- IP Address: Collected for analytics and security purposes.
- Approximate Geographic Location: Derived from your IP address.
c. Cookies
- Age Verification Cookies: Store your age self-declaration to prevent repeated prompts. These cookies expire after 1 year.
- Analytics Session Cookies: Track your session for first-party analytics. These are session-based and expire when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity.
2. How We Collect Data
- Lead Capture Form: When you voluntarily submit your name and phone number.

3. AI-Specific Data Processing
When our AI chat companion feature launches:
- Conversations with the AI companion will be processed by third-party large language model (LLM) providers to generate responses.
- Your conversations are NOT used to train AI models. We do not provide your conversation data to AI providers for training purposes.
- Conversation data may be temporarily stored to maintain session context and improve service reliability.
- You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting privacy@lorelai.ai.
4. Purpose of Processing
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Notifications: To send you updates, announcements, and promotional content (with your consent).
- Service Delivery: To operate and maintain the Platform, including age verification and content gating.
- Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Platform and to improve our services.
- Safety and Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with a limited number of third-party service providers:
- AI Model Providers: When the chat companion feature launches, conversations will be processed by third-party LLM providers. These providers process data solely to generate responses and are contractually prohibited from using your data for training.
- Content Delivery Network (CDN): We use Bunny CDN to deliver images and media efficiently. Bunny CDN may process your IP address and basic request data for content delivery.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Data Retention
- Lead Capture Data (name, phone number): Retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@lorelai.ai.
- Analytics Data: Anonymized after 90 days. After anonymization, data cannot be linked back to individual users.
- Age Verification Cookies: Expire after 1 year.
- Conversation Data (future chat feature): Retained for session continuity and deleted upon user request.

12. AI Training Disclosure
We want to be transparent about how your data is used in relation to AI:
- Your personal data is NOT used to train AI models.
- Conversation data from the chat companion (when available) is NOT provided to AI companies for model training.
- We do not contribute user data to any AI training datasets.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
