Welcome to Lorelai AI ("the Platform," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using lorelai.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Lorelai AI is a platform featuring AI-generated photos, videos, and (in the future) an AI chat companion. The character "Lorelai" and all other characters on this platform are entirely fictional. They are original AI-generated creations. No real person is depicted, represented, or associated with any content on this platform.
All images, videos, and other media on Lorelai AI are produced using artificial intelligence models. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as depicting a real human being.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Platform. By using the Platform, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We use cookie-based age verification (self-declaration) to gate access to mature and explicit content tiers. If we learn that a user under 18 has accessed the Platform, we will terminate their access immediately.

Lorelai AI complies with the TAKE IT DOWN Act. This Platform does not host, distribute, or permit nonconsensual intimate images of real people. All intimate or explicit content on this Platform depicts entirely fictional, AI-generated characters that do not represent any real individual.
If you believe that any content on this Platform constitutes a nonconsensual intimate image of a real person, please contact us immediately at legal@lorelai.ai. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
All content, software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Lorelai AI LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content, features, or materials you access.
By submitting your name and phone number through our lead capture form, you consent to receive notifications, updates, and promotional communications from Lorelai AI. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us at privacy@lorelai.ai.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DADDY JIM HEADQUARTERS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New Hampshire.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, engaging in prohibited uses, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
