Lorelai LLC contracts with The MisoGenius LLC DBA Daddy Jim Headquarters (the "Operator") for technical hosting, software development, and day-to-day operational management of the Service pursuant to a written services agreement. Lorelai LLC and The MisoGenius LLC are separate and independent legal entities. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service uses AI tooling in connection with content production, including for imagery, video, audio, and written media associated with the Lorelai persona. Certain pages and certain pieces of content on the Service may feature AI-driven imagery, video, voice, or other media.
Where Lorelai operates paid offerings on third-party platforms, AI status is disclosed in accordance with the policies of those platforms. Such platforms typically require their own AI disclosure on creator accounts, and Lorelai complies with those requirements on the platforms where paid services are offered. Where required by an applicable platform or by law, AI disclosure is provided at the point of paid interaction.
Use of AI in connection with the Service does not create any representation that AI-generated content is the work of a real person, and AI-generated content remains subject to the Entertainment Disclaimer and Persona Disclosure sections of these Terms.
The Lorelai brand, the lorelai.ai domain, the Lorelai persona (including the name "Lorelai", the visual identity, the styled likeness, and associated character elements), and all Lorelai-branded content published on or in connection with the Service are the exclusive property of Lorelai LLC. All rights are reserved.
The underlying platform code, general-purpose software infrastructure, content management tooling, AI pipelines, and other general-purpose technology used to operate the Service are the property of the Operator, The MisoGenius LLC DBA Daddy Jim Headquarters, and are licensed to Lorelai LLC for the purpose of operating the Service pursuant to a written services agreement. No rights in Operator-owned tooling are transferred to Lorelai LLC by these Terms beyond the rights expressly granted in that written services agreement.
Certain content on the Service may constitute parody, commentary, criticism, or transformative creative expression. Any third-party characters, brands, or intellectual property that appear in such content are used for purposes of:

Those platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, and Lorelai LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of any third-party platform.
By following an outbound link to an adult-only platform, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept that platform's terms of service and privacy policy. Lorelai LLC does not control, and is not responsible for, content, transactions, age verification, payment processing, or user interactions that occur on third-party platforms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LORELAI LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LORELAI LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
Lorelai LLC and The MisoGenius LLC DBA Daddy Jim Headquarters are commonly owned but legally distinct entities. Each entity maintains separate corporate formalities, including separate books, records, bank accounts, and tax filings. The Operator provides services to Lorelai LLC pursuant to an arm's-length written services agreement. Common ownership or shared operational vendors do not create a partnership, joint venture, alter ego, or commingled relationship between the entities. Nothing on the Service, and nothing in these Terms, shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, or alter-ego relationship between Lorelai LLC and The MisoGenius LLC.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
